NEW ROOMS FOR THE CASUARINA FELLAS

ON THE 28th of January 2009, Casuarina Colts officially moved into their new room E7 in the E block at Casuarina Secondary College.

When the Academy first opened it was bare and empty. So a little bit of excitement and colour was needed to jazz up the room and make it more exciting.

Since that day the room now looks fresh and vibrant the walls covered in pictures from our recent Football Matches and trainings, we have a new plasma TV and Nintendo Wii to play with. The room is now a great place to spend you recess and lunch.

Now that the room is complete all the boys are playing Table Tennis and Nintendo Wii and just having fun with the footballs and laying around on our mad new couches. Our white wall on the side of our room is covered in pictures from our Football Games and Excursions. We also can go into the room to use the computers and internet for our school work and study.

Our Culture Board, this is what we stand by!

We also designed a Culture Board and signs for our room that we all abide by. The words that represent our Academy at Casuarina are; Respect, Commitment, Honesty, Encouragement, Strength, Belief and Think Positive.

All in all it’s a cool place to come hang out and have fun with my Clontarf mates.
